What Is an SSI Assistant Instructor Trainer?
An Assistant Instructor Trainer is a dive educator qualified to develop Assistant Instructor candidates and assist an Instructor Trainer with instructor-level training.
The role involves more than demonstrating good teaching. You must also recognise strengths and weaknesses in candidates, apply evaluation criteria consistently and provide feedback that helps them improve.
At Oceans 5, your training focuses on developing these skills through guided practice, discussion and feedback.
